RETURNS

We do not offer refunds for changes of mind; however, we are happy to offer our customers an exchange for another style or size or an online credit that is valid for 1 years. The returned items must be:

- In original purchase condition.
- All tags, stickers are intact.
- The exchanged items are accompanied by the original purchase receipt.
- Exchanges are made at the original sale price.

All exchanges must be posted back within 14 days of the original delivery date.
 

RETURN OF SALE ITEMS

Sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Size guides can be found on all product pages. We recommend choosing carefully to avoid disappointment. If you have any questions, please contact us at 

*If your return shows visible signs of wear or if the product is not in original condition with all tags, labels and stickers intact, we will not process the return.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you wish to return a faulty item, please contact us to receive a return request form. We will then confirm your exchange. Please include your original receipt and order number with your return. 
 

TRANSACTION CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us and provide the order number emailed to you at time of order placement and the reason for cancellation immediately. In some cases it's possible the order has have been shipped already, unfortunately in this case we cannot cancel the order and it will need to be treated as a return or exchange.
